  • To develop academic reputation through entering international networks such as: The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, The International Boreal Forest Research Association, The International Geosphere-Biosphere Program and participation in international scientific projects

Modernization of the portfolio of educational programs
  • Introduction of the principles of interdisciplinarity, modularity, variability
